- Create awareness-raising materials to reinforce these principles in the corporate culture.
3. Compliance of internal practices:
- Review internal policies, including human resources policies, to ensure they are aligned with international commitments.
- Put in place procedures to ensure respect for human rights and labor standards throughout the supply chain.
4. Establishment of a Compliance Committee:
- Establish a committee dedicated to overseeing compliance with international treaties and UN Global Compact commitments.
- Assign specific responsibilities to the committee to monitor and report progress.
5. Regular Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Establish a monitoring system to regularly assess compliance with international commitments.
- Conduct periodic internal and external audits to ensure continued compliance.
6. Communication and Transparency:
- Publish regular reports on actions taken and progress made in meeting international commitments.
- Ensure transparency by communicating this information to internal and external stakeholders.
