Responsibilities for products and services
Periodically carry out a study of non-conformities of returns.

1. Planning periodic studies:
- Define the frequency with which the non-conformity studies of returns will be carried out (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, etc.).
- Create a precise schedule for carrying out the studies, taking into account critical periods for the organization.
2. Collecting data on returns:
- Establish a system for tracking and collecting data on product returns, including the reasons for returns and the non-conformities identified.
- Ensure that all relevant information is centralized in a database accessible to the relevant teams.
3. Analyzing non-conformities:
- Analyze the collected data to identify recurring types of non-conformities in product returns.
- Use analysis tools such as Pareto charts, root cause analyses, and trend analyses to understand the underlying reasons for non-conformities.
4. Root Cause Identification:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of nonconformities, involving production, quality, and after-sales service teams.
- Identify the specific processes, materials, or steps responsible for the nonconformities.
5. Implement Corrective Actions:
- Propose and implement corrective actions to resolve issues identified during the nonconformity analysis.
- Ensure that the actions implemented are documented and monitored to assess their effectiveness.
6. Training and Awareness:
- Train relevant employees on the results of nonconformity studies and on best practices to avoid them in the future.
- Raise awareness among teams on the importance of quality and compliance to reduce product returns.
7. Monitoring of improvements:
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented by analyzing subsequent feedback to verify the reduction of non-conformities.
- Readjust actions if necessary, based on the results obtained.
8. Reporting and communication:
- Write a report after each study to document the non-conformities identified, the corrective actions implemented, and the results obtained.
- Communicate the conclusions of the studies to internal stakeholders, including management, to ensure full transparency and a commitment to continuous improvement.
