4. Board Member Selection:
- Identify and approach potential candidates to join the board, taking into account the necessary skills and experience.
- Establish a process for vetting and confirming selected members.
5. Meeting Planning:
- Set a schedule of regular board meetings (e.g., quarterly or biannually), taking into account strategic periods for the organization.
- Prepare an agenda for each meeting, in collaboration with board members and the organization's management.
6. Establish management materials and tools:
- Ensure the availability of necessary meeting materials and tools, such as minutes, videoconferencing tools, and document sharing platforms.

7. Monitoring of decisions and actions:

8. Evaluation and adjustment:
