Communicate your CSR approach to stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees)

1. Identification of ESG/CSR indicators:

- Select the key performance indicators in terms of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that the organization wishes to communicate.

- Ensure that the selected indicators are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and stakeholders' expectations.

2. Data collection and validation:

- Establish a process for collecting the data needed to calculate and monitor the ESG/CSR indicators.

- Validate the data collected to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

3. Writing the ESG/CSR report:

- Write a clear and concise report that presents the ESG/CSR indicators, explaining their meaning, their evolution, and their impact on the organization.

- Include case studies or concrete examples illustrating the organization's commitment to sustainability and responsibility.

4. Choice of communication channels:

- Identify the most appropriate communication channels to disseminate information on ESG/CSR indicators (company website, annual reports, social networks, press releases, etc.).

- Adapt the format and content of the message according to the target audience (investors, customers, employees, partners, etc.).

5. Launch of communication:

- Publish the ESG/CSR report on the organization's website and disseminate it via the selected communication channels.

- Send a newsletter or press release to stakeholders to inform them of the publication of the ESG/CSR indicators.

6. Stakeholder engagement:

- Organize information sessions or webinars to explain the results and answer stakeholders' questions.

- Collect feedback and suggestions from stakeholders regarding the indicators communicated and their relevance.

7. Continuous updating and monitoring:
