Communicating on your ESG/CSR indicators

1. Identification of ESG/CSR indicators:
- Select the key performance indicators in terms of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that the organization wishes to communicate.
- Ensure that the selected indicators are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and stakeholders' expectations.

3. Writing the ESG/CSR report:

4. Choice of communication channels:
- Identify the most appropriate communication channels to disseminate information on ESG/CSR indicators (company website, annual reports, social networks, press releases, etc.).
- Adapt the format and content of the message according to the target audience (investors, customers, employees, partners, etc.).
5. Launch of communication:
