By following this action plan, the organization will be able to implement effective mechanisms to prevent occupational diseases and injuries, reduce their impact, and promote a healthy and safe work environment.

1. Assessment of prevention needs:

- Conduct an analysis of occupational health and safety risks and needs.

- Identify the main occupational diseases and injuries to be prevented in the organization.

2. Create prevention committees and programs:

- Establish a health and wellness committee:

- Select committee members, including employee representatives, human resources and occupational health specialists.

- Define objectives, responsibilities and meeting schedules.

- Establish a prevention committee:

- Form a committee dedicated to identifying and assessing risks specific to work tasks and environments.

- Establish protocols for risk prevention and elimination.

- Develop a health program:

- Design prevention and awareness programs on occupational diseases and injuries.

- Include wellness activities such as stress management workshops, ergonomic health training sessions and regular health checks.

3. Develop policies and procedures:

- Write occupational health and safety prevention policies, including procedures for risk and incident management.

- Establish procedures for reporting and monitoring occupational diseases and injuries.

4. Train employees:

- Organize regular training for employees on good practices for preventing occupational diseases and injuries.

- Ensure that training covers emergency procedures and specific safety protocols.

5. Implement preventive actions:

- Install protective equipment and improve working conditions to reduce the risk of diseases and injuries.

- Promote healthy work habits and provide resources for stress management and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

6. Monitor and evaluate measures:

- Establish a health and safety incident tracking system to assess the effectiveness of prevention measures.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure that prevention practices are respected and effective.

7. Encourage employee participation:

- Create communication channels to allow employees to report health and safety issues and make suggestions.

- Encourage employees to actively participate in health and prevention programs.

8. Review and adjust prevention mechanisms:

- Analyze feedback, incident data and audit results to adjust existing policies and programs.

- Review prevention strategies based on new data, legislative developments and the changing needs of the organization.

9. Communicate on prevention initiatives:

- Regularly inform employees of the prevention initiatives in place, the results obtained and the planned improvements.

- Use various communication channels to maintain ongoing awareness of health and safety issues.
