By following this action plan, the organization will be able to create a more friendly work environment, stimulating exchanges and sharing between employees, and thus strengthening collaboration and well-being within the company.

1. Assessment of needs and expectations:

- Collect opinions: Organize surveys or focus groups to understand what employees consider to be a friendly work environment.

- Analyze needs: Identify the specific elements that promote exchange and sharing in a workplace.

2. Definition of objectives:

- Set objectives: Determine the objectives targeted to improve friendliness and encourage exchange and sharing (e.g.: strengthen collaboration, create a relaxed atmosphere).

- Establish success criteria: Define indicators to measure the improvement of the work climate (e.g.: employee satisfaction, frequency of interactions between colleagues).

3. Workspace design:

- Reorganize spaces: Create common areas such as lounges, kitchens or breakout areas to encourage informal interactions.

- Create collaborative spaces: Set up informal meeting rooms or open spaces to encourage the exchange of ideas and collaboration.

4. Organize activities and events:

- Plan social events: Organize team lunches, company parties or outings to encourage social interactions.

- Facilitate sharing moments: Set up regular activities, such as discussion groups or workshops, to encourage the sharing of knowledge and experiences.

5. Promote open communication:

- Encourage transparency: Promote a culture of open communication by regularly sharing information on company goals and achievements.

- Promote exchanges: Encourage employees to share their ideas and feedback during meetings or through internal communication channels.

6. Developing corporate culture:

- Defining values: Highlighting values of mutual aid, respect and collaboration in the corporate culture.

- Training employees: Organize training on interpersonal skills and effective communication to improve interactions between colleagues.

7. Setting up recognition programs:

- Rewarding contributions: Create recognition programs to value collaborative behaviors and employee contributions.

- Celebrating successes: Recognizing and celebrating team successes and individual contributions that promote sharing and exchange.

8. Continuous evaluation:

- Measuring friendliness: Use satisfaction surveys and regular feedback to assess the impact of changes on the friendliness of the workplace.

- Adjust initiatives: Adapt strategies and arrangements based on employee feedback and assessment results.

9. Support for the integration of new employees:

- Facilitate integration: Set up a welcome program to help new employees integrate and adapt to the company culture.

- Encourage interactions: Assign mentors or sponsors to newcomers to facilitate their integration and interaction with the existing team.
