2. Definition of communication objectives:

- Set clear objectives: Determine the objectives of the communication mechanism, such as improving the flow of information, stimulating staff engagement and strengthening team cohesion.

- Establish success criteria: Define indicators to measure the effectiveness of the mechanism (e.g. participation rate, employee satisfaction, quality of exchanges).

3. Select and implement communication tools:

- Select tools: Choose the right internal communication tools, such as messaging platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams), newsletters, digital bulletin boards or intranets.

- Implement tools: Install and configure the chosen communication tools, ensuring that they are accessible and user-friendly for all employees.

4. Develop the communication strategy:

- Define communication channels: Establish formal and informal channels for information dissemination and discussion.

- Plan communications: Create a schedule for regular communications (team meetings, newsletters, management updates) and schedule feedback sessions.

5. Training and awareness:

- Train employees: Provide training on the use of communication tools and on good internal communication practices.

- Raise awareness among staff: Promote the importance of open and transparent communication to encourage employee participation and engagement.

6. Promote two-way communication:

- Encourage feedback: Establish mechanisms to collect employee feedback and suggestions, such as suggestion boxes or discussion forums.

- Facilitating cooperation: Create spaces dedicated to collaboration, such as meeting rooms or coworking spaces, to encourage interactions between staff members.
